Does it handle more than one currency?
Yes. Each community sets its currency; invoices and payments can use several currencies, and every entry stores the exchange rate used, so the books always balance.
Do residents need to install anything?
They can use the iPhone and Android app or any web browser. They get an email invitation and create their password.
Can I manage several communities?
Yes. SABIX groups your communities under your management company, with staff limited to the communities they work in and per-community or consolidated reports.
Do I need to buy hardware?
Not to get started. Billing, bookings, visitors, assemblies and communication work with the platform alone. Cameras, gates and sensors can be connected whenever you decide.
What do I need to start?
